I’m leaving three stars because this place has a lot of potential, but there are some issues that need attention. I was in the area and stopped in after noticing how cute it looked. The cookies themselves looked amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I purchased a dozen cookies to take home, which was about an hour drive it took for us to realize. Unfortunately, when we tried them, the dough was extremely undercooked. I don’t mind a slightly gooey cookie, but these were raw to the point of being inedible. We all tried each cookie to make sure it wasn’t just a one-off issue or just one of us being picky , but they were all the same. In the end, we had to throw away the entire box. Three hours later, I’ve even been dealing with a headache immediately after testing the cookies, which made the experience even more disappointing. I really hope this place can fix their cook time for the cookies , because it has the potential to be great and to avoid future customers that would come here.

I had asked someone in Bethlehem, where there is a good bakery and turns out it was only two blocks up the street from their office! These cookies were absolutely amazing! I picked up extra for my friend who referred me, along with another office who raved about them and for myself personally. Not only were the cookies, warm, and delicious, But the baker and the woman who assisted me were super nice, friendly and talkative. They even offer a protein cookie with 19g of protein! Please support this local baker as her business is mostly word-of-mouth versus advertising. She also ships nationally. I will definitely be going back!

La Madame Biscuit never disappoints! The cookies are simply amazing!!!! soft, flavorful, beautifully decorated, and truly made with care. From placing my order to payment and pickup, the service was impeccable. And let’s don’t forget about the presentation and packing!!!! You can tell this is a family-owned business because everything feels personal, warm, and thoughtfully done. And their Instagram advertising? Hilarious 😂 it adds so much charm and personality to the whole experience. If you’re looking for incredible cookies and top-tier customer service in Bethelehem, La Madame Biscuit is the place. Highly recommend!

My first time here, I looked online and found this place to be exactly the vibrant spot I like for this holiday season. 🎄✨ The ladies there are super friendly; they are sweet and warm, just like the cookies. 🍪😊 I enjoy the vibes from the Christmas decorations. 🌟🎁 One lady showed me what holiday flavors they had and helped me pick something to my taste. ☕😋 They also have tea and coffee there. ☕🍵 Such a wonderful experience. 🥰💖 Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bethlehem. 🌟 Bethlehem
